ZZYVP nitrogen packaging device is mainly used for constant nitrogen pressure control at the top of storage tank to protect materials from nitriding and safe nitrogen packaging device of storage tank consists of ZZDQ fast relief valve and ZZV micro-pressure regulating valve. The quick relief valve is composed of a pressure controller and a ZMQ-16K single-seat shutoff valve. When the pressure in the tank rises to the set pressure, the quick relief valve opens quickly and releases the excess pressure in the tank. When the pressure in the tank decreases, the micro-pressure regulating valve opens the valve and fills the tank with nitrogen. Because the micro-pressure regulating valve must be used under the pressure of 0.1 Mpa, and the field pressure is high, ZZYP type pressure regulating valve must be installed to reduce the pressure of the pressure regulating valve to less than 0.1 Mpa before it can be used. The nominal pressure is 0.1 Mpa, and the pressure can be set in stages from 0.5 Kpa to less than 66 Kpa. The temperature of the medium is less than 80 C.

Characteristic

1. The nitrogen supply (discharge) pressure of the nitrogen packaging device is easy to set and can be carried out under the condition of continuous production.

2. The setting range of nitrogen pressure is wide, as low as 0.5 Kpa (50mm.w.c) and as high as Kpa, the ratio is 132 times. The effective area of pressure detection diaphragm is large, the setting spring stiffness is small, and the action is very sensitive.

3. Adjustment:

(1) Nitrogen supply pressure adjustment: select a set value such as 1Kpa (100mm. w. c) within the pressure regulation range of ZZV micro-pressure regulating valve, and change the pre-compression (stretching) amount of spring 3 by adjusting the adjustment screw 2;

(2) Nitrogen release pressure adjustment: In the pressure controller part of ZZDQ quick release valve, the pre-compression of spring 4 is changed by adjusting seat 3. Generally, in order to avoid frequent opening and closing of nitrogen packages, the nitrogen release setting value should be far away from the nitrogen supply pressure value, such as 2Kpa (200mm. w. c).

(3) Respiratory valve high setting value adjustment: After adjusting the above two setting values, in order to avoid frequent opening and closing of the breathing valve, the setting value of the breathing valve should be greater than the setting value of pressure relief.
